well guys i finally got to go riding for a weekend with my new piston and new shocks on some real trails.
i am amazed at how upping the compression ratio made my gears feel longer.
it has more torque every where.
allowing me to shift less and still stay in the power.
has anyone else noticed this?
wish i had done it the day i baught it .
it is pulling stronger everywhere.

p.s. sorry about punctuation,i failed english twenty years ago.

Sounds great. Btw, are you running the stock carb, and who makes your piston?

i am running the stock carb, with a dynojet kit and the choke removed. although im thinking about an aftermarket carb, but im not sure the motor is built up enough to take one, hate to over carburate. had that problem with a bunch of cars seemed to never end until i put on a smaller carb.

as for the piston it is a weiseco 1mm overbore 11to1 compression ratio.
