Cam for 300EX

Does anybody know what to look for in a cam? I need mid-high range power for trail use. i would appreciate any help i can get, thank you.

i like tc cams myself..they have a midrange cam that would probably fill your needs

how much of a power gain can i expect out of my 300? noticeable? worth the money?

i put the mid web cam in and it works good. more bottom end. i ported and polished at the same time.
