I just got my 40mm FCR anyone have any jetting suggestions for me. I have the HRC cam and a Full Yoshi Pipe and the ESR intake

You may not have to mess with it. See my description below, which is similar to yours. Mine came from service honda and as shipped the jetting seems to be pretty good with no changes. I would ride it for a while and determine if you really need to. Mine was from an '03 CRF.

The jetting I used is a 50 pilot, needle in 5th clip, and 175 main, and it feels perfect!!!
