I have a set of durablue wheel spacers for the front. 1 1/2" wider on each side so 3" total.
4x144 lug pattern. They are off my KFX400 but will fit many different quads. Just check and see what your lug pattern is.

No, they come with longer bolts that replace the stock studs.
