Just an idea, you could probably buy an original 'Dale for about $3500, then drop another $750 for a Falicon crank (brand new, billet, stroker crank), and maybe another couple 100 IF it doesnt have all the original updates.

An original 432 with a Falicon strokes it to a 449, a 450 kit with Falicon strokes it to a 469(what mine will be) and a 460 kit with Falicon will, of course, make it a 479

A Cannondale 470 or 480

ALOT cheaper than a new ATK. :D

good luck with your c-dale...i have 2 friends that have them and they are so terribly unreliable...out of the 3 none of them will run consistently. maybe they just happened to buy 3 lemons, but i dont know

I race against a couple of guys that run them, They are fast good handling bikes. You just have to know alot about them to keep the bike going. The guys I race against have got them figured out.

Yeah, thats very true. Alot of people think there like a 400 or something when it comes to maintenance, thats DEFINATLY not the case. You have to know alot about the fuel injection and electronics, and exactly how to generally maintain the bikes.

High Performance = High Maintenance = more reliability

i agree with High Performance = High Maintenance, but it doesnt really equal more reliability

I meant with the Cannondales, if there maintained "highly" then they're more reliable.
