Jetting Question

Ok so I have a stock 450r except for a 13 tooth. Anyway so i want to jet this thing with the baffel out and the airbox lid off. The thing is ,I dont know exactly how to even start. Any tips you guys could suggest? I need all the help I can get. Thanks guys.
