400ex to a 440ex

I need to get a rebuild on my 400ex. Amd i decided i need more power too. So I want to get a 440 kit into my 400ex. Now ive herd some people had been having problems. so i need to know if its worth my money and what company to by it. Thanx

I heard the 440s are stout, but after a few laps they tend to overheat and slow down. I also heard that the 416 would run almost as good as the 440 but not overheat.
