Advance key

I will be putting in a 416 kit with an xr cam. Should I also install an advance key? It is cheap enough and from what I can tell not hard to put in, but will it make much difference in performance?

I really liked the throttle response after I installed mine. I'd say it's worth the little bit of time & money.
