hey......... I am going to order a 440 kit.... its says its comes with everything i need to turn it into the 440...... but i know it needs to be re-sleeved...... but i was wondering if it alos needed any machine work done to it or can i just resleeve it n put it together and ride. any clearence or anything?

you will need to hone the sleeve to match the piston size and have the correct clearnces. Most machine shops will do that for $20

Also, another way to go is to bore & sleeve for about $180. This way, you drop off, or send in your cylinder and that the labor part of the build - everything else can be done by you. That saves a ton in the overall build.
