how do i tighten my hub it is a little loose and i have the tire off and i cant figure it out please help

Is it your rear hub? Take the wheel off and take your cotter pin out. ANd tighten the big nut that is holding your hub on.

For the 400ex rear hub....

Remove the cotter pin
Remove the hub nut, 27mm I think
Remove the hub
Clean the splines on the axle and hub
Slap some fresh grease on the splines
Replace the hub
Install the hub nut, Torque spec is 101 ft. lbs. If the cotter pin hole doesn't line up with the castle nut continue turning till they match up.
Install cotter pin
etc...

if its your front hub and you cant get it any tighter and it still wiggles, then you need to replace the wheel bearings
