Hey i have this 250x kept up in real good condtion it has, Renthal Handelbars,Meair plastic,Cobra full exhaust,holeshot rear tires,coated red frame and black engine,moose air filter with vented lid performs very well will easily pass up 300ex and i have passed a few piped 400exs it has a top speed around 63 mph on cement

4 stroke,246cc, all 300ex parts fit ! 5 speed manual cluch with reverse!

well i dont think he did bc its this guy and his brother and i passed him up on the rancher 4x4 lol until he hit 5th and passed me up ! so yea but the 300ex i smoked BIG TIME we raced like 60 times and burned him everytime and he owns shees and raptors and knows what hes doing

my bone stock 40 does 68 and there is no way in hell u pass piped 400exs

no way in hell you passed pipes 400's,i bet prolly not even regular 300's to,and the 292 cc 300ex got a top speed of 60 MPH :rolleyes:

1st of all the 400ex guy did not know how to use the clutch well and 2nd the EX is a 282cc and the new 300ex is a 281cc also mine dose 63.6 mph by a Jefferson Parish Police scanner on the blacktop so i SMOKED a 300ex i know 2 people with 300exs 1 is stock the other has a slip on white brothers the slip on hits like 58 the other hits like 55

hey, 300exrida, i'm not sure you know exactly what your talking about. i had a 250x before my 250R, and mine would aslo top out at around the same speed he is saying his does. incase you didn't know he is talking about a 250X not a 250ex! a 250x is just like a 300ex, but little lower displacement, and a kick start. the 250x usually beats a 300ex in a drag due to its slightly lower weight.
didn' mean to hijack the thread, but i think 300exrida needs to knwo the correct facts.
BTW, a 250x won't beat a 400ex, so it was driver error.

its a cobra Jet and i can sell it bc i dont have a pipe to replace it but u can buy it for about $1800-2000 and it comes with a mint condtion 250x :p
