I have a durablue axle in my 450r. I was riding it this weekend and the axle snapped right at the locking nut. I have a 400ex also with a durablue in it also. I was just wondering if i could switch them. There both the eliminator axle.

haha, durablue is junk, lsr or rpm is the only way to go.

about your 400ex axle, you should beable to use it, although i think you need to use a spacer on the sprocket hub so the front and rear sprockets line up correctly.

I just swapped a durablue 400ex axle into my 450r. It looks ok. To line up the sprockets I took an old sprocket and had my neihbor turn the teeth off of it. I then bolted it to my good sprocket and tack welded them together. I reinstalled without the washers but used threadlock. It looks good but I have not yet tested it.
