Looking to see what the best case saver is for these bikes. I currently have a 1/2" thick case saver on my 250r, I am looking for something similar for the 450r, do they make them?? These things are TOUGH!

I have that identical case saver on my 250R It is made by Starks custom machinery in Georgia. I bought mine off ebay. I have thier email address if you need it--they are making parts for the 450R now.

email at: scm@starkent.com

They make other billet parts also like throttle covers and brake block offs.

lol no no.. you see, I have two of those for both of my 250r's, I was just wondering if any company makes a 1/2" thick one for the 450r yet?? Does Starks? he gave me two of them for $30 and charged me like nothing for shipping (really cheap) Great guy it just took a while to get here.

I talked to Starks back in January/February when the 450R's first started coming out and they told me they have one (450R) on order so they can produce parts for the 450R. Email him and see what he has available. His case saver for the 250R is definitely a nice product.

Ya here is a pic of the front and the back. The spacers are milled into it also. Good idea he had.

I am kind of new to the sport quad scene. What is a case saver and where does it go?
