I have a 400ex, the problem I am having is the front brake lever pulls all the way back before the brakes engage, I have bleed the brakes, and the reservoir was full so I do not believe there is a leak, no help. I am thinking the piston in the master cylinder?

Need feed back.

your brakes are probably wore out, get new pads, install um then see...
there may be another way tho..

Either the master cylender is shot, or you have air in the lines. If it doesn't firm up after bleeding it again replace the master.;)

They are either not bleeed completely or your master cylinder is do for a rebuild

It might be bleeding, but i can bleed all day long and i have the same problem. Im pretty sure its the lines themselves. Get steel braded and they will way more responsive and hard.
