i dont know if it is rebuildable, it came with my fourwheeler, and i was debating on puting this on or a silencer, but i cant stand the sound of stock exhaust any longer. I dont know if it was used or not, looks new to me. it is black and says denton racing on it i think, i havent looked at it for a while
