well i was putting in my clutch and i cant find out what the torq value for the clutch srping bolts. so could anybody tell me what it is.

there isn't a torque value in the manual. i would just snug them down but not too much. i was thinking some people were putting them at 7 ft/lbs. so anyways, it isn't that much.

My Clymers manual lists torque specs for the other clutch components, but not the spring bolts.
What it does say is:
a. Install the clutch springs on the hub bosses.
b. Finger-tighten the bolts.
c. Tighten the bolts, working in a crisscross pattern.
Make several passes so all bolts are tightened in equal steps.

I looked through my manual and it said the same. Some one told me to look towards the front of the maunal look for the torque specs on that size bolt, i dont know if i should do that. I know this is anoying but i dont want those bolts coming loose when im riding.

The spring tension will keep them from coming loose. Just snug them down. Don't put to much on them or youll break the part out of the inner hub.
