well i was up at Burgards today, when i saw a shiney piece of billet poking out from under a towel. (ok, it was actually buried under a tarp with a sign that said "PAPPY KEEP OUT"!:eek: )

so anyway i just happened to peek at it and boy was i smiling:devil: after Burgard chased me around the shop (he got winded i didnt;) ) i snapped a quick picture then high tailed it outta there:macho

looks like custom clutch covers will soon be available!

This one was almost done and will soon be on its way to the polishing shop for a mirror finish:devil:

i will be trying to get my name a touch wider so i can pc the logo. as it stands now it would have to be painted because its not wide enough...i think. who knows..if he hands me one ill come up with something!

i think he will make just plain ones also but really i didnt discuss it too much. i think its pretty damn cool myself.

couldnt u spray the whole area, and then wipe the top off and the letters should still be filled.:confused:

or is it that u cant get the powder to stick in there cause of the positive field or whatever that gets created in corners etc or whatever it is. I read up on it too long ago to remember

faraday cage effect wouldnt be an issue as the logo isnt that deep. it would be more an issue of wether it would be worth doing for the amount of tape and time involved. im sure i can manage it but id prefer a slightly wider letter. im certain he will play around until he finds what he wants to use, then ill breathe on it:devil:

well how about doing what i said and whiping overspary off the main surface, since the other powder is lower it wouldnt get wiped off.

seriously i havent a clue. id imagine they will be priced close to what other aftermarket covers are . he has another one that has exriders and 450R with no .com which looked sweet also.
