Silver Lake, MI 9/24 - 9/26!

Well the sand tires & spark arrestor are on order and I'm heading to Silver Lake, MI 9/24 - 9/26! Anyone else going to be up there that weekend? A group of about 20 from www.ohiomafiariders.com are going. This will be my first time to this place...:devil:

i am hoping to make it up there one more time this year. been ther three times this summer already, and i love it more and more every time i go.
if we can make it up there that weekend we will look ya up.

Well, I never did find a spark arrestor but screw it goin anyways! Sand tires were more important :devil: See you guys out there...

I go just about every Sunday. We've only missed 4 since April 1st. Last Sunday was great. The ranger weenies will not let you on the dunes without a spark arrestor. If it’s not a busy day the rangers split at about 2 pm for the day then there would be no one to check. I doubt it this has been the one of the busiest seasons I've seen there. There are two stores across the drive from the staging area that could set you up so bring money. They open at 9:00am. Line up early and have fun. I am planning on being there

They had plenty of Sparkies at that store when I went last summer. I was glad I bought one from Rocky Mountain before I went, they checked us every time.

If you can take your end cap off then I would just sandwhich a piece of screen in there and put it back on. That is what I did and it works GREAT.
