I cant decide between a YFZ or a TRX450R i do more trail riding then anything

go with what u feel more comfortable on and which ever has the best features for you.

well its just the kick start thats buggin me...would it be any harder then a ttr 125? cuzz i can easily kickstart that and my friends crf 150

If you can test ride both, Both are extremly good machines. The yfz is more mx, compared to the R. It just depends what you like. I would go with the R just IMO, because i have had two honda's and loved em both. never owned a yami, but if i did i bet i would like it too. both are even matched in price or are very close. just depends what color and style you want, both are great bikes.

Yep whichever is more comfortable to you either way your getting a wicked quad.

Go with the more comfortable one. The R will probably be a better trail quad, as per honda's specialty basically. The R power will be more mellow, and if you are doing long rides you will get more tired for sure with the yfz's powerband. BUT.. it's all about which one is more comfortable and fun to you. If you like the way the yfz feels when you sit on it, and the powerband is fun then go with it. Don't even pay attention to brand.
