What should a person use for cable lube? Can I use WD-40 or lithium grease? Just thought I'd ask.

Best thing you can do is order a cable luber device from Rocky mountain atv or james lucky,,,costs about 12 bucks but it's just as important as chain lube,,,go out to their webpages and check out what I'm talking about..

Hey I got one of those lubers when I was at Chaparral last weekend and it worked great, it was about $15 and came with a can of goop to use. I had heard somewhere that they were messy, but I just wrapped a small shop rag around the luber and let her rip. Worked great, and no mess.

Also picked up a *****en little chain cleaning tool while I was there. It's a little box that you clip around your chain with spinning brushes. Just fill it with the supplied goop (simple green would work fine too) and snap it on, then with the back end on a jack run it for a couple of minutes and wham-o, new chain!
