What engine oil does everyone run on here? What about the tranny?

I was running Delvac 1300 car oil but after looking at a thread off of Thumpertalk of a trashed gearbox running car oil I am going to use Silkolene or a MC oil. (the trashed engine was running Mobil 1 red cap oil) Silkolene has high praises so it will be something along those lines or maybe Synergyn.

I use to use maxima.But I use amsoil,since I'm now a distributor.:D

been running kendall gt1 20w50 for years... never had a problem.
