what color hood would look the best on the 450r?
just wanted some opinions?

Make on the same color as the plastic! Check out Doug Eichners quad on Duncan Racing's Website it looks Awesome, and no one but duncan offers it.

We are working on the C/F still but we have the gel coat black glass ones ready to ship, also silver for the new black fenders. The black ones sell for 119.95 and use the same holes as the other brands. email me if you want one

Check out Duncan racing.

I've seen a bike or two in person with the same color hood & it really changes the look of the machine - I like it....

For those with the maier hoods. Are you using the hardware that came with the hood to mount it in the back. To me it seems they could have did alittle better job making something to use than what they did. Or am I being alittle too over-cautious here?

I used the hardware that came with it. Seems to work fine to me.
