Ktm 520 Motor

Is there by ANY slim, slim chance someone on here who has, or knows someone who is selling a ktm 520 motor? I'm looking for the 6 speed version, and in great stock, or modified condition.

I probably won't find any motors and will resort to buying and parting out a used ktm 520 bike. Whether I end up building a walsh crf, or walsh ktm 520 all comes down to whether or not I can get my hands on a ktm motor.:confused:

Well i think i may have found what you are looking for. This is right from the newspaper ad K.T.M. early 90's 540cc two stroke, needs throttle, handle & carb work, very fast. $850.00 OBO 785-267-0859 just figured this might help you out I AM NOT THE PERSON SELLING THIS it was in the thrifty nickle

hey man. do a search on here to see if you can find his email, but if not search on cannondaleriders.com

the guys name is "haydug" and last i heard he still had the motor. its a ktm 520. i think he also has a frame for it (400ex geo)
