300ex frame/engine

ok i have a nicely powdercoated frame done this past winter in trans red...straight,no cracks,no bends,never welded...i will let it go for 350+shipping
also i have a 300ex motor,wasn't running when i took it out because of stator,but I DO HAVE NEW STATOR to whoever buys the engine along with a whole new gasket kit for the engine..i will let this go for 400+shipping as well
or i can do a deal 825 shipped for both
