300ex Rear Axle Lock Nut Thread

I need some help with this one.

Which way does it go to LOOSEN.

Is it a Reverse thread? Or Normal Thread?

Any tricks or tips on how to get this S.O.B. off?

its reverse thread....and use a BF pipe wrench

That bout F***'s me over. I been twisting Counter-Clockwise on it. Tell me Pappy, if im looking at it front of quad to my right and rear to my left from a side angle. Which way does it turn. Counter-Clockwise or Clockwise?

Quick question, even though I don't have mine. Which way does the Skinny Nut turn? The Skinny Nut that holds the Lock Nut tight.
