LONG travel shocks

I am thinkingabout putting a houser long travel suspentionsetup on my 400. it is going to be a moto only bike. would these a arms and say some elka long travel shocks be good for this or would i want to get the triple rate ssd shocks (are these long travel??) some one explaint o me how i should do this and if it is even a good idea for moto

Long travels work great for MX! Most pros run long travels. Long travels come in Quad or triple rate. The standards come in tripe and dual rate. Let your budget decide! Long travel is better!
