bought this used, and never got around to installing. Looks to be in great shape - was used by a gncc racer. Comes with all mounting hardware and bolts.

$80 shipped in the US.

I believe the steering stem is larger on a 450r than a 400ex - you would have to bore out the stem clamp or get a new one to go with the stabilizer.
