alpine star warranty?

does anybody know how to get in contact with alpine star? i can't find a website or a phone number for them. i just bought a new pair of tech 8 boots and one of the buckles has already broke. not the replacable white strap bucke but the one that is part of the actual boot. do these boots have warranties? there only three months old.
