Retarding a cam 1 tooth to run like a yz???

how do I retard the cam tooth? Do I turn both of them one way, or just one a certain way? Also does it have to be a certain tooth if its only one, or does it matter?

You Retard the exhaust cam one tooth only and leave the intake cam in the stock position.
