Rootar... I haven't used the PRM scoops, but I have use GCD "Tinners" He is a site member here, and alot of members use his scoops, they are cheaper than the PRM, and look better IMO. The scoops do help out the airflow. I would check with Jim "Tinner" Geraci before you decide. I did a review on them a while back on the 400ex Reviews page here on EXriders.com
If you talk to Jim...tell him Ben sent ya!

Rootar, if you have any questions you can email me. Lately I haven't been able to get online as often as I'd like, but I think you also have my number.

how much are your scoops tinner ive heard of them and seen the review awhile back (j/r) they look good im kinda pulled between airscoops and a graphics and seat cover combo from graphicsmx .com because both look awsome but i think i might get a seat cover and scoops then get the graphics later on my next pay check but yea ill let you know what i decide

I've had tinner's scoops on my 400 for a couple years now and they look great and have survived many a tumble down some rocky hills (less rider). I'd say your 'scoop' money would be better spent on his product.

have fun

I have tinners, and think they are great scoops. Got hit on the side bent my shroud in and it pulled right out can't even tell it was crushed. Great shrouds for a decent price. You would not be dissapointed. Great product tinner

They work great, mount solid, and are flared at the end to scoop more air.. Im very pleased with them and would reccomend them...

Ouch....who's this Tinner guy. I forgot about ya. lol. Yes, I know I should be on here more...It's just tough right now getting everything taken care of around the house, yard and barn. I still can make the scoops on time, but I just haven't gotten online everyday...it's usually every couple. I'm still out there checking on things the best I can. Bradley, I haven't forgotten about ya....Let me see what I can do this next week.
