Title is pritty self explanatory. I know the handlebars, throtle, wheels and tires from my 300ex will fit a 250r, I hear that the hubs would also fit, is this true? I also know that 400ex a arms will fit the R, are the 400ex a arms any different than the 250r's? And I would also like to know what other parts if any would fit onto a 250r.

-400ex a-arms are narrower than a r where they mount to the frame but will work with spacers. (jrd has them)
-front 400ex and r shocks are same.
-400ex and r axles will work but r axle is wider.
-carriers are same
-you can tweak bumper mounts and make them fit

rear hubs is different spline

Wrong................. The stock EX front shocks have 1" more travel than the stock R front shocks. They look exactly the same and will mount up with no modification but have more travel.
