450r exaust on 400

Will a 450r muffler fit on a 400 EX? Also will I get anything from doing this?

You probably could but you would have to do a lot of work (metel work wise)with the head pipe it get it all to fit properly But without seeing one next to it I really don't know. I am also not sure it would give you any more power or help anything. It would just be a lot easier to just buy an aftermarket exhaust

i think he's talkin about the slip on part. i dont know sure if it will fit. but it cant hurt to try. you could get a cheap one someone doesnt use anymore. you will gain a little bit of power because the 450 exhaust is goin to breath better because of the bigger engine, while still being quiet. good thinking.

I have the stock exaust from my 450r. My new BB full exaust will be here tomorow and I will check to see if it will fit. All I want to use is the slip on part. I will keep you posted.
