I have a 400ex with a yoshimura full comp system. Today I took out the spark arrester. Will this give it more power? I am running a 170 main jet. Will I hyave to rejet? Is this ok to do?

Are you talking about the little wire mesh spark arrester? that makes no diffrence in noise, power, air flow, nothing, thats what HMF says adleast, it literally makes no diffrence if its in or not. Even if you were talking about a "quiet core" you will not have to rejet, you may get like a .5hp increase, and obviously louder.-darren
