Horsepower on 450R...

i was just wondering what kind of horses the 450R puts out. What is it bone stock? what is it with the spark arrestor out? what is it with a slip on pipe and air filter? thanks guys.

37 stock, 44 or so with pipe and filter. 37 is what i got off honda site

when i bought mine it said 43.3 ponies on the sale sheet

That's 43.3 at the crank, and 37 at the rear wheels.

i know John at TQS dynoed at 48hp on GT Thunders dyno. as far as i know, he has the hrc kit and a gt thunder full exaust, and thats it.

i dyno'd mine with just hrc kit and it hit 40.5 and it was 97degrees in the trailer we did it in. so piped im guessing around 44 to 45.

You guys are right in the ballpark... mine made 44hp at the wheels with HRC kit and a pipe... thats it!!
