all it has is an FMF full exhaust and nothing else.
they say its practically been sitting on a crate since they bought it new:)

That sometimes means they've beaten the hell out of it racing =D

why do you say that?
i could see if it had aftermarket shox, reeds, piston, kill switch, number plates, and so on, but all its got is an exhaust...
i guess i just gotta check it out...
worse comes to worse, ill end up rebuilding the top end

i no the 95 cr 125 to now is diff , they changed the engine n suspension n then obviously the frames even later but the suspension n handling on the earlier ones up to 95 kinda sucked but the engines were killer but then yamaha came out with a real good bike in 96 so honda changed everything handling and suspension got alot better but for some odd reason they tuned the engine down y they did that is beyond me but dont get me wrong i gotta 2000 cr125 and luv it its deff got some get up n go im not sure if the cr250 changed as much as the 125 but yea just my contribution

If your just getting it as a play toy you'll be fine. During that time frame(93-96) the Cr was probably one of the biggest powerhouses available. In 94 the Yz was top dog hp potential wise, but the Cr was definately one of the strongest available. The frames have since switched from steel(on the 95') to Aluminum twin spar(97&up), and the 95' had 43mm kayaba front forks. In 96 I believe they went to a 46mm, and have since gone all the way up to a 47 or 49mm showa. The 95's handled very well, and it was an all around good bike. Like I said if your just toying around w/it you'll not notice the difference. But if your wanting to go racing the new bikes are WAY more technologically advanced. You'd probably have your hat handed to ya. ;)
