Does anyone have any problems with their TC Stubby Exhaust? I know the YFZ pipes tend to crack. Just wanted to konw what's the deal with the Honda's.

Its not just the TC pipe that is cracking...its just about everykind of yfz pipe......when people have their subframes start to crack...it stresses the pipe.

I haven't heard anything about any YFZ pipes cracking and I've only heard of one instance where a frame cracked? Unless there are more subframes that crack...I haven't heard of them though:confused: .

Seems like you have more trouble with your Polaris though:p :o .

Go to: www.tcracingengines.com they have pix there.

I am pulling my buddies TC off his YFZ tonight. It's too loud for him. He had to wear ear plugs on his last trip to the Cinders. The exhaust makes the YFZ rip. It hits SO hard. Tons of mid, a great mx system. It fits fine and looks good. It will be for sale on the other websites tonight.

Does TC make a GNCC version with a spark arrestor / quiet core? I would put it on my 450R or hopefully a new 650EX/R!

You can buy a spark arrestor for it, but I don't think you can get a quiet core yet. Give Tom a call and ask.

I thought the GNCC's had a 104db limit? I bet my buddies is over 110db.

Does anybody use his exhausts on the circuit?

BTW,
Tom is on vacation till the 20th or so this month.
