frozem motor mount...cracked case...bad honda design... who has had this happen, what did you do. The case is cracked in 2 places. I am taking it to the honda dealer tomarro and seeing if they will contact honda and try to work somthing out. I know its a common problem and i think honda should do somthing about it.

It is best to remove the swing bolt every 6 mos or so and clean and regrease. Never seen one crack the case though:(

the bole its self froze too the bushings. I was unable to pound it out so i cut the bolt between the swingarm and the motor alowing me to take the morot out than cut the rest out with a dremel.

When I had my 250r I took the swingarm bolt out and drilled a few holes in it. Then put a grease fitting on the end withe the nut and coulf grease it on the bike. Worked quite well.

damn man...I didn't take mine out untill this year(and my bike is an "00) and my cases didn't crack. It did require the use of a 30lbs impact and some elbow grease, but no cracked case. That sucks bro:(

No problem--I sent your oil pump to the wrong addy in the first place:D

I will have few sets of those cases and will sell just one side if you need it. If it's on the 400ex motor I have access to it 99% of time at near 1/4 price new OEM.
