Hey guys....I would like to run 18" rear wheels when I'm on the track or riding in areas that I dont have to worry about ground clearance. Is there any problems (ie: handling) with having a front wheel that is 3" larger than a rear? Does anyone run this? Will it also look funny if the front is so much larger?

Also, what is more common with 18" rear....19" front or 20" front?

Thanks

i think it looks pretty cool with the fronts way bigger than the rears. and handling shouldnt be bad at all. its more of how wide the tire is than how tall it is that matters... i think lol :)

18 inch rears and 21 inch front's will throw some more weight bias towards teh rear of the quad and make it feel a little more wheelie prone.IMO 18 rears and 21 fronts don't look that good, its just not professional looking or something, but you could have a different opinion.Get the 18's and run them, and if you don't like them you can always get 20 inch fronts later on.

Well I run 18 rears & stock fronts on the trail & they work fine. It may look a little goofy but not that bad here's a pic of my 300 w/ them on :)

When would I want to use a 19" front tire vs a 20"?
