I see burgard sells a arms for 400ex and 250 r. Are these a arms interchageable? I want +2+1 a arms for my 400 but they only sell them in the +2 for not up one. They do sell +2+1 for the 250r's though. Could I get them and put them on my 400?

You are right but are the 400ex and 250r interchangeable? They are in an auction on ebay.
