if you only want to get one of those pipes, I would say LRD. If sound isn't an issue(which I am guessing its not, sense bolth of them are very loud) I would highly recommend the TC shorty, or the Curtis Sparks x-6:cool:

how do you like that lrd compared to your sparks? i thought you mentioned one of your buddies had that lrd. i am just looking for a little comparison. i am mainly interested in drag racing if that matters.

i have thought about buying one just to try but i am having a hard time let my x-6 just sit. my x-6 is in perfect shape. it is stainless steel and i just had it coated. the coating i had done was from a company that works with nasa. it isn't a normal ceramic coating. it is a much thicker coating and they claim i will never need to get it recoated. this is supposed to hold in the heat better. as you know from one of your physics courses, (i thought you mentioned you are a pharmacy major) this heat will speed up exhaust gases. i think they even claim the head itself may cool down a bit. whether this all works that way in real life on these bikes, probably not knowing my luck. all i know is i spent $185 on coating the pipe, and that wasn't included painting over the coating. also, that wasn't even on the inside of the pipe.
