ignition coil question

I have a question about swapping out the ignition coil. I'm doing it on my 250R and the new coil doesn't have the end to stick it on the spark plug. How do I hook the end to the wire because right now I can't get a spark if I just shove it in there what do you have to do?

You can try and use your old one but chances are it'll break. Go to the local parts store and you can buy a 90 degree angle boot and a connector. Just go to the counter and show them what you got, and any parts guy with half a brain should be able to piece together what you need. And its way cheaper and faster than the dealer. Don't forget silicone grease the contact (less corosion and better spark) Remember to run the wire through the boot first before you install the connector that way theres less stress put on the connector when installing.:D
