I mx every week and am looking into getting aftermarket shocks, but until then what kind of adjustments can be made with the stock shocks?

I am about 185-190 with gear, so should I leave the stock settings.

I ride mainly woods/trails, with some mx and I am 215 with gear on. I have found that the middle setting is as good as it gets with these P.O.S. stock shocks. The rear is not bad, just have to play with it alot so it will quit kicking up on you. --Good luck.

I just changed the front to 4. I'll see tommorow if it is better.

Go to the biggest jump on the track and/or hardest landing and set ur shocks so they just bottom out over it. That's the best I could ever find to do with stock fronts. It's always a sacrifice somewhere though.

I set it to 4 in the front and it helped me a lot. They lipped the jumps so I was getting a lot more air with out bottoming out.

I rode a YFZ at the track last night and those things can handle, not to mention the power.
