Bearings vs Bushings

I would like to know what you guys think about replacing a-arm bearing with bushings .Is it worth it or should I stick with bearings?I need to do it pretty quick because one is gettin' really bad and I don't want to ruin my a-arm.Any advice would be much appreciated.

I like bushings better because they are cheaper, easier to install, and don't rust.
