I think you do.. You can get one at the race for I think 10-15 bucks. I wont be at any races till I get my new 450r or yfz. Good luck jay and derno and all other exriders!

I don't think you do need a dist 6 card for that track. They run 6-7 events all the time!

Sounds good. I'll just bring a little extra cash if I come. Now I gotta figure out which class to run. D-7 doesn't have a C class so I usually run B, but you D-6 guys are pretty quick.

Huge congrats to Austin Findley #10....

He got 2nd on Saturday, after getting a horrible start....then on Sunday he reeled in the feild after another bad start and pulled nearly a minute on the field by the end!!! This kids got a great future ahead of him. His dad Eric stands behind him 100% and wants to see him do well. Austin found time during the summer break to stop by my place and give me some pointers. He really helped me learn to maintain speed more confidently in turns and how to pick the faster exit lines before I enter the turns.. His coaching helped me out alot.;)

Way to ride Austin, hope u had fun!!!

The real question is How did everyone do this weekend, and what class was everyone in?

I finished 3rd in C Class. Not what i wanted, but I can't be too upset!:)

I raced VET +30 and finished 3rd out of 3 in Saturday's race " I had a front flat tire and only did 2 laps, didnt want to kill myself for Sundays points race"........and in Sunday's race i finished 3rd out of 8 with rear Flat tire...sux,cause I was running second until I had to pit.

DERNO - Did you run a YFZ or the Cannondale? You were pitted across from us and I saw a YFZ over there but I didn't get over to say hello.

I finished 8th in C...

I got 3rd in sat.'s race in the A class

Borich and Hertz finished 1rst and 2nd

I got 5th in Sundays race, i was in 3rd the entire race then with 2 laps to go i lost a large patch of skin on the left hand, it was like my entire hand was a blister, then I smacked a tree with the l.rear and bobbled, the handgaurd or hotstart wacked my palm and tore all the skin loose!!!! As I pitted to complain and get a drink, Jarred Mclure went by with Todd Rothermel. I pulled back out and sucked it up, finished 5th. Very disapointed that I gave in to the pain. Thats usually not my thing!!;) Oh well lots of Bacitracin all week to heal up quicker, then its off to the sand whoops of Back Mountain.......................................... ........and no rocks!

Hey Treebasher (Lee Dickerson) you OK??? Dickerson got blind sided at the start and there was a huge wreck. I know he was on the extreme inside at the start, not sure what happened, just heard someone clipped hin and they went flying!!!

Angel Atwell (exriders member Angwell) Womens class GNCC contender was there running A class.... Not sure I think she ran into problems!
Andy Lagzdins might have been there on a bike??? I thought I saw him out there during the dirtbike race??
Borich mopped up again on Sunday with Hertz on his tail as usual, BTW Chris looks good on a black bike!!!!;) I'm not sayin nottin!:D

i got 1st saturday and 2nd sunday in the C class. this track was extremely brutal and you could tell it was taking it's toll on the guys who haven't been racin much over the summer. i'd like to say THANKS to the racers who pulled over and left me by.

i did horrible, got a front flat in the beginning of lap 2 and had too race the whole race with it because i did not bring spares. and once chris figures out the rear on the black bike i think he will like it. and once i figure out my front and rear maybe i will like mine because i got killed their this weekend

09-07-2004, 04:06 PM
More like Mclure T-Boned him and flipped his bike 4 times!!!!! He is ok though, a little sore from where his hip met a huge rock!

I have 2 Dale's One was blue Fullbore. You weren't the only person to think it is a YFZ.

I saw Lee getting a little help to his truck cause he was limping, but I didn't know what Happened. I hope he is ok for the next race. He is a good guy.:)

i m alot better now. monday was a little tough to walk but i m better now. i was on the inside and went to turn in to the corner, maclure hit me at an angle and his front tire got under my back tires and flipped me up the hill. i hit so hard my goggles flew off and my camel back exploded like a bomb. as soon as i got hit the ground i saw a yfz heading right at me so i crawled pretty fast to the side of the track. i got up stood there a min and then the b class and c class went. i decided to go out anyway and take a lap. the track was pretty rough and the rest of the class was pretty far out so i decided to make one lap and head for the truck. if we get alot of rain i might go to back mountain. i like the mud.:D

 no chance, Rob Hertz has 2nd wrapped up...

In the Pa State series I dropped from 2nd to fifth, but its a solid 5th nobody else is close!!

In the District 6 series its a close one, Borich and Hertz are out frt, I'm in 3rd, and I plan to stay there. 4th and 5th in points are close but, I'll hold them off till Nov.
