ihave a complete yoshimura stainless rs-3 on my 400, they use your stock 400ex heat shield, i think the mounting system is different on the 450's
155 main works well with stock carb an motor

Are you running with airbox open or closed with aftermarket filter?
I ran a 170 main jet with open and a K&N with Full Comp Exhaust.

thanks for the info guys. if i go with the yoshi ill prob by some kind of carbon fiber heat shield cuz mine didnt come with one (used). i run a UNI filter with the lid on, im thinkin ill start out with a 160 main 42 pilot, and just go from there. thanks again.

with a full pipe, uni, and air box lid on a 160 will be plenty big.
