I just installed a new set of Galfer 3.2mm brake lines on my bike. They look sweet, braided with the clear plastic on top of them.

MY PROBLEM; they will not bleed out. Installed and filled the reservoir and started to bleed them, and got nothing. There is NO fluid moving what so ever...

Any ideas?????

either get a brake bleeder, or go get some of that clear aquarium tubing and suck the fluid through from the bleeder valve. then they will bleed. make sure to keep the res. full.

I had the same problem. go to the grocery store and get a big needle turkey baster, and put a hose on the end of it and attack it to the bleeder. The needle has to be filled with brake fluid. With the lid off your resorvoir push the fluid from the needle through the bleeder and into the lines. This way you will push all the air bubbles up though the lines. When all the air bubbles come to the top of the resorvoir tighten the bleeder and you should have breaks. If you still don't loosen the bleeder and pull the break lever, when the fluid squirts out the bleeder retightten and you should be all set. Hope this helps. Sorry so long and drawn out.
