The frame mount goes on the right side of the quad as you sit on it just in front of the motor mount bracket. It is facing twords the inside of the frame parallel to the ground. See picture.

The mount on the steering stem goes about 7" from the bottom of the stem. Move it so it clears under the radiator. You have to move the junction block for the front brake hoses down. There is another hole in the tab were it is mounted now. I just got a longer bolt and a nut and moved it down a little. You will have to bend the tab just up top that holds the metal line so you can move the block down. You also have to bend the bracket that holds the brake hose that is just to the right of the junction block(as you are facing the quad) down alittle. See pictures. Hope this helps. Good luck. There is very little clearance above and below it but it will fit.

I didn't have to mess with the brake lines at all when I installed mine

I had to take out the bolt for the brake line as well and just zip tied it to the frame to keep it out of the way. Make sure to lock tight the bolts on both mounts, they rattle out constantly.
