with a little modifying they will work great but your tank cove is hard to fit and where the headpipe goes into the muffler usually burns. are you going to use a 300 seat or 400?if a 400 cut your seat slides off where the front of your seat holds to the frame and you have to widen them out and re weld them for your front fenders i took the stock bracket that held on the stock 300 fronts and cut the 2 that go up off and bend the 2 that go out and bend the ends up to match the 400 brackets its hard to explain in words but it can be done easily and 250r plastic looks even better
