I must have joined the site after the winter rebuild contest was over last year. What exactly is it. The name says alot and I get the general idea, but does whoever enter the contest like get together somewhere and race each other, or is more or less just for looks?

I am not entering it, only has the organizer and referee.

There will be a six foot trophy awarded to the winner and
possibly a write up in Atvsport hot wheel section.
