i have a stock 99 engine and i was wondering what i could do. i will put new pistins in. i was look for more power and acceleration. thanks

Get a cam and port and polish the head to go along with a big bore kit.

Yup, go with a bore kit, and add a cam at the same time, thats non negotiable. Cant do one without the other. If you have the money then get your head ported + polished at the same time it will make a big difference. Remove the choke on your stock carb if you cant afford a new one, and if you can, get a 39mm FCR....
